Section D: Submission Process

1. Complete the entry form and submit within the stipulated entry open timeframes.
2. Submit the following together with your forms:
   1. EPs or Singles
   2. Select at least one song that will represent the category you are entering
   3. Artist profile
   4. A JPEG picture of the nominee
3. Sleeve of the nominee (where applicable)
4. Deposit the required entry fee for the category (banking details provided below).
5. Include a copy of your proof of payment
6. Submit your entry through email to entries@ingoma-awards.co.za or on the website ingoma-awards.co.za .

Section E: Rules and Regulation.

1. Entries are open to all independent record companies, producers, song writers, comedians, radio and television presenters.
2. Only the works and products released from August 2023 to 5 May 2026 will be considered.
3. Judges decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. Under no circumstances will a decision be revisited or changed.
4. The organizers reserve the right to pull out any category that has less than expected number of entries (less than 10).
5. Any entry with non-gospel lyrics or inappropriate message will not be accepted.
6. All materials submitted during the entry process remain the property of INGOMA and will not be under any circumstances be returned.
7. One entry per category.
8. Can enter more than one category.
9. Eligible entries from August 2023 to 5 May 2026.
10. Entry forms will not be accepted if entry fee (or proof of payment) is not provided along with the form.
11. No late entries will be considered.
12. At least 5 entries per category will be shortlisted for the public to vote for through sms.
13. All finalists will be invited to the award ceremony.
14. Only entry fees deposited into the provided dedicated INGOMA Foundation banking details will be accepted.
15. By accepting the nomination, nominee agrees to abide by the rules of the competition and hereby permits INGOMA and media partners to use their material for marketing, promotions and advertisements related to the INGOMAs.
